Spillback Nozzle Lances and Traditional water atomization with compressed air (Twin Fluids)
Different technologies for different gas cooling process requirements
Spraytecs Low Pressure GRANSPRAY® spillback lance nozzles and Spraytecs Twin Fluids lance nozzles finely atomize liquids producing full or hollow cone shape, suitable for fume and gas cooling in a wide range of applications, as steelworks, incinerators, cement industry, de-NOx processes, chemical industry and steam cooling.
The evaporation distance of smallest fine droplets by our spillback nozzle orifices start between 1 meters, depending by our lance nozzle model.
We design and manufacture different cooling nozzle lances, customized on client's plant requirements for new installations or revamping.
